Gabby completed her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at University College Dublin, Ireland. She previously graduated from Camosun College’s Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy program in 2019 and is certified as both an Athletic Therapist and Kinesiologist.
Her clinical practice is deeply rooted in evidence-based care and shared decision-making, ensuring personalized and effective treatment plans. She has a special interest in women’s health and is pursuing a certification in pelvic health physiotherapy. Additionally, she is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, supporting clients through the unique physical demands of these stages.
Gabby also places strong emphasis on the role of exercise and active recovery in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and long-term wellness. She integrates movement and therapeutic exercise into every stage of care, whether it’s restoring joint mobility, improving neuromuscular control, or building resilience for return to sport or daily activity. She believes in empowering clients through education and movement, promoting body awareness and long-term self-management strategies.

Teagan believes that movement should be something everyone can enjoy and has seen
firsthand how exercise can positively shape every part of a person’s life. He is passionate
about helping individuals regain strength, function, and confidence through personalized
movement-based rehabilitation.
With experience in inclusive physical activity and coaching, Teagan brings a well-rounded
and client-centred approach to rehabilitation. His background includes working with youth
on the autism spectrum through the Canucks Autism Network, coaching Olympic lifting
athletes of all ages, and coaching youth rugby. His passion for movement was rooted in an
upbringing in hockey, rugby, and Olympic lifting.
Teagan grew up in Nanaimo, BC and graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from
Vancouver Island University. Outside of his clinical work, he is an avid angler and
outdoorsman who thrives in the gym and on Vancouver Island’s rugged coastline. He is
